Overview Discussion regarding YAPO Computer Learning Center


Upgrades currently being installed and identification of old computers needing to be replaced.

*Yohannes will work with Terrance to bring in replacement computers and software

Discussed the WPM Board meeting issue. And the appropriate preparations necessary for robust presentation. It was agreed that a student-centered demonstration would be preferred and Terrance has agreed to speak to Terry and contact the YAPO Junior Board to arrange a meeting to discuss the possibilities to engage them in our presentation and program development efforts.

Additionally, we were able to move the Videoconferencing System from Karen Court #3 to the computer lab.
*We need to schedule a conversation with Cindy at Huntington Management to ask if we can get a broadband connection for the videoconferencing system. (We will carry the associated costs)

We will schedule another meeting to coincide with the YAPO Junior Board.
